Jodi Posavad has over 15 years of generalist human resources experience. Jodi obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology at Trent University and Human Resources certificate from Sheridan College.

Prior to starting Grassroots HR Consulting, Jodi held the position of Director of Human Resources for The Canadian Red Cross Society – Ontario for over 6 years. In this role, Jodi led a team of 10 HR practitioners servicing union, non-union employees and volunteers in core human resources function areas such as, organizational planning and development, labour/ employee relations, recruitment and on-boarding, staff recognition, coaching and mentoring, health and safety and training.
